TESTIMONIAL

"Pat was a pro from start to finish. He was proactive, prepared and quickly seized upon the key issues. Our case involved payment of a fee on a commercial project with a political subdivision. We had a mandatory mediation provision in our contract, so even without the specter of an ongoing lawsuit or pending trial, Pat was able to navigate the complex issues and political entanglements and steer the parties to a resolution we were very pleased with. He continued to follow up after the mediation to assist as the mediation agreement terms called for certain performances that extended several months. ... I would use Pat again in a heartbeat and give him my highest recommendation."
