Throughout his career, Mr. Pulaski has been instrumental in representing manufacturers in major litigation cases, primarily within the automotive and recreational equipment sectors. His expertise extends to defending product manufacturers in refinery and oil well explosion cases, and he has served as national trial counsel for esteemed organizations such as Ford Motor Company.

In addition to his impressive trial experience, Mr. Pulaski has also made significant contributions to the field of environmental law. He has actively participated in numerous class actions related to toxic tort exposures and has played a pivotal role in the development of both national and state environmental regulations.

Mr. Pulaski is a former member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, the American Board of Trial Advocates and Product Liability Advisory Council. Furthermore, he has held positions at prestigious educational institutions, including the Hastings College of Law, Center for Trial and Appellate Advocacy, where he served on the faculty, and the Wex S.
