Mr. Pulaski has an impeccable reputation for handling cases fairly. His ability to disarm highly charged conflicts and build trust with clients make him a natural at resolving disputes.
Since 1972, Michael Pulaski has been involved in the trial of major products liability lawsuits on behalf of manufacturers. The majority of this litigation has been in the automotive and recreational equipment fields. He was frequently retained on a statewide and national basis. Additionally, he has successfully defended product manufacturers in refinery and oil well explosion cases. He has served as national trial counsel for Ford Motor Company. He was also engaged in an environmental practice. In this capacity, he has been involved in numerous class actions alleging toxic tort exposures and has assisted in promulgating national and state environmental regulations. Mr. Pulaski recently retired from the active practice of law and has become Of Counsel to his firm.
In 2010, Mr. Pulaski completed the Harvard Negotiation Institute Course on Mediation. He has served as a mediator in over 130 cases with a very high resolution rate.
Mr. Pulaski was born in 1945 in Dallas, Texas. He is on the American Board of Trial Advocates, and a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, State Bar of Texas and District of Columbia Bar Association, American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC), Charter Fellow of the Louisiana Bar Foundation, and Avid boater with various certificates and licenses.
