Dan Lund is covering mediations and arbitrations in Louisiana, as well as nationwide. With thirty-five years of legal experience representing businesses, Mr. Lund is ideally suited for assisting in the resolution of cases involving complex business matters. He joined the Perry Dampf panel in 2010 and is a member of its Construction Group.
Mr. Lund is a partner at Phelps Dunbar LLP in New Orleans, Louisiana. His practice specializes in construction and surety litigation and arbitration, business, insurance and products liability defense litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, telecommunications, as well as land use law in the areas of zoning and planning. He represents general contractors, major subcontractors, sureties, public and private owners, and wireless telecommunications carriers and owners of telecommunications infrastructure.
Beginning in 2012, Mr. Lund has received annually the
