Participating in numerous mediations throughout her career as a litigator, Charlotte Meade recently decided to concentrate her career on full time mediation with Perry Dampf Dispute Solutions. Charlotte recently completed the Mediating the Litigated Case™ certification program at Pepperdine University School of Law’s Straus Institute. The program reinforced what Charlotte already knew, that she was passionate about dispute resolution and looked forward to serving the legal community as a neutral.

Prior to attending law school, Charlotte worked on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. for U.S. Representative Richard Baker (LA, 6th District), as well as for the lobbying office of Adams and Reese, LLP.

In her years of practice, Charlotte became adept at analyzing the merit of complex malpractice, business dispute and insurance defense cases. She has always been gifted at working well with her colleagues and adversaries.
Charlotte and her husband, also an attorney, are blessed to be raising four amazing children: Jack, Allison, Rogan and Hunter.
Charlotte is admitted to the Louisiana Bar since 2005, as well as to the U.S. District Courts: Eastern, Western and Middle, and U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.
