Specializing in state and local tax issues, real estate complexities, business torts, contract disputes, and insurance coverage matters for over twenty years, Andrew demonstrates expertise in navigating complex legal landscapes. He has litigated disputes in the Board of Tax Appeals, Louisiana State and Federal District Courts, State and Federal Courts of Appeal, and has argued cases before the Louisiana Supreme Court. During his career, Andrew has represented and advised both taxpayers and tax collectors. Andrew also advises clients on business formation, restructure, contracts, and employment matters, serving a number of clients as their outside general counsel. Andrew has focused his practice on aiding clients in solving problems with creative, thoughtful, and cost-effective solutions, including assisting clients resolve hundreds of disputes through mediation and settlement. Andrew’s extensive previous experience in litigation, state and local tax, and business matters gives him the background to help parties minimize organizational cost with efficient resolution through mediation.

Born in Greenwell Springs, Louisiana, Andrew currently lives in Baton Rouge. He and his wife Bonnie have three children, Nicholas, Dean, and Elizabeth. Andrew is active in BSA Scouts Troop 7 at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, currently serving as Scoutmaster. He has also served as the past Chairman of the Board of the Louisiana CASA Association.
